NeoTactIQ League: sharing knowledge counts
The League is a competition between coaches where sharing counts. You submit your drills, sessions and set plays; the NeoTactIQ team reviews them within 72 hours and, once approved, they earn points: 1 per drill or set play and 3 per session. Every time a coach from another club copies your content you earn 3, and every “like” from another club adds 1. Activity from colleagues at your own club does not count.
Rankings can be viewed by author or by most popular content, by week, month, quarter or year, and within your club, Spain, Europe or worldwide. With the Club plan, management can also set up an internal league for the coaching staff and decide what counts: published content, drills colleagues use, training sessions with attendance or matches with live stats.
Debates: a moderated professional forum
Debates bring coaches together by topic: tactics, methodology and training, youth football, goalkeeping, fitness, club management and more. You can propose topics, follow the threads you care about, search and filter by game phase.
You always take part under a public alias, never your real name, and the forum is moderated by the NeoTactIQ team. The conversation stays on football rather than on who is speaking.
Job offers for coaching staff
Clubs post offers for head or assistant coach, goalkeeper coach, fitness coach, analyst or scout, with a description, requirements, age group, location, pay and deadline. NeoTactIQ reviews every offer before it goes live.
With Coach Pro you apply to offers and track your applications; on the Coach plan you can see them but not apply. Administrators of a club on the Club plan post their offers, manage applications and can hide job offers from their own coaching staff.
News and your NeoTactIQ level
News brings together NeoTactIQ updates, community and League news and football current affairs, with search and saved articles.
And “My level” turns good habits into experience: designing drills, taking attendance, logging live matches, closing reports or sharing approved content helps you level up and earn badges.

Do I take part under my real name?
No. In debates and the League you appear under a public alias, which you can change every 90 days, with an optional photo reviewed by the NeoTactIQ team.
Which plan do I need for the community?
The League, debates and news are included from the Coach plan. To apply for jobs you need Coach Pro, and to post them as a club, the Club plan, which also includes the internal staff league.
How is the content I share approved?
The NeoTactIQ team reviews each drill, session or set play within 72 hours. In the meantime you can see its status in “My league”, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Your work, visible to other coaches
If you are a coach, the community is included from the Coach plan. Coach Pro adds job offers.
