Zero calculation effort: the data comes from the work itself
The problem is rarely a lack of information. The problem is having to enter it again, organise it and calculate it afterwards.
In NeoTactIQ, the starting point is the work you already record. During a match, you log goals with their origin, assists, shots, duels, fouls, cards, corners, saves and substitutions; the timeline keeps each action with its exact minute, and statistics are calculated automatically. Training attendance, intensity and workload are also available to review in context.
The data you record while training and competing becomes consultable statistics, without manual calculations.
You do not need to add a second analysis routine at the end of the week. The record itself is the basis for what you review later.
Statistics: from matchday to data you can review
The statistics dashboard brings together information generated by team activity so you can return to what happened without rebuilding it in a spreadsheet.
The team view shows points, win percentage, goals for and against, clean sheets, form over the last five matches and home and away performance, also by competition. The players view ranks appearances, starts, minutes, goals, assists, cards and average rating. The training view summarises completed sessions, average intensity, volume per session, distribution by zone, phase and objective, and weekly load.
Match reports: from the live match to next week’s objectives
When the match ends, NeoTactIQ prepares a draft report with the live statistics: shots and accuracy, duels, fouls, saves, goals by time period (0-15’, 16-30’…) and goals by origin (open play, set piece, transition or error). The coaching staff completes it with the traffic-light review of the match plan objectives, a 1-to-5 rating for each phase of play, key moments and each player’s minutes and rating.
Its conclusions end in one to three objectives for the following week which, when the report is closed, are proposed in the next microcycle of the methodology. The period report — month, half of the season, full season or custom dates — adds home and away records, averages by phase of play and minutes distribution. Everything exports to PDF.
Sunday’s analysis becomes Monday’s objective. Included in Coach Pro and Club.
Individual reports: assess to develop, not to compare
The individual report adapts to the player’s stage — foundation, development or performance — and rates each block (tactical, psychological, technical, physical, social and attitude, plus goalkeeping when needed) on four levels expressed in words: beginning, in progress, achieved and outstanding. Always against what is expected for that stage, never against teammates, and with a relative age effect warning so physical maturity is not mistaken for talent.
Period data fills in automatically: call-ups, starts, minutes, goals, assists, cards and training attendance. From age 13, players can complete a self-assessment through a personal link, without creating an account, and the staff sees it next to their own rating. The report ends with two or three objectives and a PDF version for the family, with no internal or health data.
Scouting: the follow-up belongs to the club
Analytics does not end with the players already in the squad. The Scouting area, included in Coach Pro and Club, organises followed players inside the same institutional structure.
Each player moves through a status funnel showing where the follow-up stands: New, Pending scouting, Scouted, Contacted, On trial, Pending signature, Signed or Rejected. This separates an initial reference from a player who has already been evaluated or a case that has reached a decision.
The profile keeps the rating out of 10, position and stronger foot, who watched the player and in which competition, family or agent details and notes, and you can filter the list by status, position, rating and age group.
Attach photos and videos (up to 2 GB) to the profile of each player being followed.
From the player to a history of what happened
When a player takes part in a match, the minutes and events recorded stay connected to the competitive activity that feeds the statistics and their individual reports. You do not need to transfer that information to another file before you can start reading it.
The same principle applies to scouting: an observation stops being a personal note when it enters the club database with a status, a profile and its associated material. The value is not only in storing a data point, but in keeping enough context for another authorised person to pick the work up later.
Accumulated knowledge therefore stops depending only on whoever was taking notes that day.
For sporting management: the same data, with institutional context
For a coach, statistics help review the work of one team. For sporting management, the value appears when that information belongs to a structure that does not disappear when one person changes.
