The follow-up includes a rating out of 10 and notes from the observer.

“Scouted by”: the observation has an author, the knowledge belongs to the club
Every player keeps a record of who scouted them, so the club knows who contributed that follow-up. Several authorised people work from the same base instead of creating separate recruitment folders.
For example, a coach spots a player at a tournament and proposes them for follow-up. A scout then watches the player and updates the profile and status. Sporting management later reviews the history and makes the football decision.
Photos and video inside the profile
An observation gains context when visual material stays with it. The player's photos and videos remain alongside their details, notes and status instead of being scattered across phones and folders.
