Imagine you want to know what the U16 B team worked on during its second mesocycle.
You do not need to ask the coach to prepare a separate summary for coordination. Enter that team, open its methodology and review the macrocycle, mesocycle and microcycle structure that is already part of its work.
Each training session is automatically assigned to its microcycle by date, and each microcycle shows its objectives and planned sessions. From that recorded activity, NeoTactIQ shows how work is distributed across phases and zones and detects imbalances.

Attendance is also recorded at every session with codes (attended, excused or unexcused absence, injury, illness, moved up an age group). You do not need to ask who missed training: it is in the team’s own record.
With Coach Pro and Club, every match has its report and you can pull a team’s period report: a month, half of the season, the whole season or custom dates. It brings together the overall record, home and away, goals by time band and origin, the average rating for each phase of play, match-plan objectives achieved, and each player’s minutes and average rating.
Individual reports, organised by development stage, add each player’s view to the team picture. You arrive at the meeting with the period summarised, not with loose questions.
Drills, sessions and set plays designed by any coach at the club appear in the Club tab of the library, and colleagues can add them to their own and adapt them. That builds a bank of exercises in the club’s language: the same phases, objectives and drill types.
