Which plan includes facilities and schedules?
The Club plan, together with medical services, inventory and the club league. The Club plan is billed annually.
Add the club's pitches and rooms, let the generator place every team according to what it needs and publish the schedule. Coaches book from the app, holidays close what they should and every planned session already shows in the calendar.

In a club with several teams, every season starts the same way: someone works out by hand which team trains on which pitch, on which part and at what time. Then come the changes, gym bookings by text message, the holidays nobody wrote down and coaches who share players training at the same time.
NeoTactIQ brings facilities, training schedules, bookings and holidays into one place, and connects them to every team calendar.
The generator places every team within each pitch's opening hours and flags every clash before you publish.
Each facility is either a pitch or a room or space: gym, video room, locker room… It has weekly opening hours, closure days and a capacity, meaning how many teams can use it at the same time.
Pitches split the way they do in real life. An 11-a-side pitch splits into four quarters, so it fits two 7-a-side pitches or several groups side by side. A 7-a-side pitch, where 8-a-side teams also train, is half an 11-a-side pitch and splits into two halves.
For each facility you decide whether coaches can book it from the app or whether only the club administrator manages it.
Set what each team needs every week: training days, session length, part of the pitch, fixed or blocked days, whether it should avoid training two days in a row, its preferred time, its priority and which pitches it can use.
The generator places sessions within the schedule's time band and each pitch's opening hours. If something does not fit, it tells you which team was left out and why: no pitch of its format, days that do not fit or a day outside its preferred time.
Clashes block publishing: a pitch over its capacity or two teams overlapping with the same coach. It also warns you when two teams that share players train at the same time.
Let the generator go first, then fine-tune: drag a session to move it or change its length.
Each schedule has its own dates: the season's regular schedule, a Christmas one, a summer one… On any given day, the published schedule with the shortest dates wins, so the Christmas schedule replaces the regular one only on its days.
While it is a draft you can generate, move and test without anyone seeing it. The weekly view by facility shows how each pitch looks, and the schedule exports to image and Excel so you can share it with families and coaches.
Once you publish the schedule, every slot shows in the team calendar as a planned session. The coach turns it into a training session with one click, with the date, times and facility already filled in.
The club's official schedule and the coaching staff's daily work start from the same information, with no copying from one place to another.
Coaches book the facility, the day, the time slot and the part of the pitch (full, half or quarter) for their teams, with an optional purpose: strength work, opponent video, team talk… The club sets the maximum length of each booking.
A booking can repeat every week at the same time for as many weeks as you choose. If a week does not fit because the pitch is closed or full, NeoTactIQ skips it and tells you which ones.
The daily view of each facility shows who uses it and when, including sessions coming from the schedule.
Add the days or periods when the club closes: Christmas, local festivities, an event… On those days all facilities and medical services close, except what you open on purpose, with its hours and who can use it.
The club services also include the medical area. You add practitioners, with their licence number, and the services they offer, each with its own length: physiotherapy, doctor, nutritionist and sports psychologist.
Each practitioner has a weekly schedule, exceptions and a scope: the whole club, specific teams or specific players. The weekly agenda filters by practitioner and by appointment status (requested, confirmed, completed, cancelled or no show), and appointments can also be booked from the calendar. Practitioners can have their own account to see their agenda without being administrators.

It is built for sporting directors, coordinators and managers of clubs and academies with several teams sharing pitches. Coaches see their team schedule, book what they need and turn planned sessions into real ones.

No. The generator makes a first proposal from each team’s needs and each pitch’s opening hours. You can then move sessions by hand, change their length and generate again. Nothing is published until you publish it.
Yes. An 11-a-side pitch splits into four quarters and a 7-a-side pitch into two halves, and each team takes the part it needs. If the total goes over the pitch capacity, the schedule cannot be published until it is fixed.
When you publish the schedule, its sessions appear as planned in each team calendar. You can also export it to image or Excel to share it.
A holiday closes every facility and medical service, except what you open on purpose. When you add a closure day to a facility, NeoTactIQ warns you about existing bookings so you can let the teams know.
