As a club grows, it is not enough for each coach to keep their own team organised. Sporting management and coordination need to understand which teams make up the structure and access their context without rebuilding it from separate spreadsheets and folders.
NeoTactIQ brings the club's teams together in one view. Each team keeps its own working environment, while people with cross-team responsibilities can move between them inside a shared structure.
The club therefore exists in the platform as an entity, not as a collection of isolated spaces.
You can also create specific groups — goalkeepers, skills development — with players from several teams and their coach, and keep a shared opponents database for the whole club, with crests, home grounds and duplicate merging.
Users and roles: each person enters from their responsibility
Sharing one password or giving everyone the same access does not scale when several coaching staffs and club managers are involved.
NeoTactIQ uses three clear roles: Admin / Team Editor / Team Viewer. Each user signs in with their own account — with two-step verification if they turn it on — joins by invitation, and the club decides which teams they can edit and which they can only view.
When someone leaves the organisation, the club can revoke their access without losing work that already belongs inside NeoTactIQ. The information remains connected to the club and its seasons rather than to a shared password.
Each person in the club accesses the platform with their own role: administration, team editing or read-only access.
Facilities and schedules: the weekly timetable, without clashes
Add the club’s pitches — an 11-a-side pitch can be split into halves and quarters for 7-a-side and 8-a-side teams — and rooms such as the gym or video room, each with its opening hours. Coaches book spaces for their teams from the app, within the maximum length the club sets.
For each period — the regular timetable, Christmas… — you prepare a draft schedule: enter each team’s needs and the automatic generator places training sessions within the time slots and each pitch’s opening hours; then fine-tune it with drag and drop. Once published, sessions appear as planned events in the calendar and become real training with one click. Holidays close facilities and services, and the schedule exports to image and Excel.

Medical services: professionals, schedule and appointments
The club adds its professionals — with licence number and contact details — and the services they provide, each with its own duration: physiotherapy, doctor, nutritionist and sports psychologist. If a professional has a club account, they see their own schedule without being an administrator.
The weekly schedule can be filtered by professional and by appointment status: requested, confirmed, attended, cancelled or no-show. Appointments can also be booked from the team calendar, and club holidays block the schedule unless something is explicitly opened. It is a club services schedule, not a medical record system.

Seasons and history: the memory does not leave with anyone
Something changes every summer: squads, coaches, coordinators or age groups. If information lives in personal folders, the club risks starting again even after years of work.
NeoTactIQ lets you close a season and keep it as history. The following season can continue inside the same structure without erasing the context already accumulated. From the club settings you manage seasons, the currency used for fines and the time zone for the calendar and notifications.
The value is not in promising which exact data point will remain forever, but in preserving the season as part of the club's journey. Changes in personnel therefore do not force the organisation to rebuild its memory from scratch.
