When the team pot depends on someone's memory
Fines are often one of the most informal processes in the dressing room. One appears in a chat, another goes into a note, and another stays unresolved because nobody remembers whether it was fully paid. Then comes the familiar question: “How much is actually in the pot?”
NeoTactIQ turns that follow-up into a shared record. It does not move money or collect fines: it keeps track of what has been recorded, what remains outstanding and which expenses have been entered against the pot, so the kitty no longer depends on one notebook or one person’s memory.
Internal rules with templates, so fines follow the same criteria
Internal-rules templates list the usual dressing-room fines with their amount: being late, missing a session without notice, phones in the dressing room, not collecting equipment, cards… You can create them by hand or load the NeoTactIQ template with eight common fines to get started, then change the concept, the amount or delete them.
Every fine has a scope: individual, team-wide (for example, “everyone puts in €10”) or custom, choosing exactly who it applies to. And they are not only for players: coaches can be fined too.
Amounts use the club's currency, which is set in the club settings.

Partial payments: not everything is simply paid or unpaid
A fine is not always settled in one go. NeoTactIQ therefore tracks payment person by person and lets you record partial payments. The view shows progress as an x/y ratio with a progress bar, so you can see how much is recorded as paid and how much remains outstanding.
The distinction matters: NeoTactIQ records the status; it does not process the money.

Group expenses and four metrics for understanding the pot
The kitty is not only about what comes in. There are also expenses: a team dinner, shared equipment or an activity the group pays for from the pot. The interface separates this activity into Fines and Expenses tabs.
The pot balance is calculated automatically from the records. As fines are added, payments updated and expenses entered, the view keeps the balance current without a manual sum elsewhere. It is the team's operational kitty record, not the club's accounts.

Example: €340 in the pot, €280 catering expense
Imagine the group has €340 recorded in the pot and decides to spend €280 on catering. The expense is added in the relevant tab and the balance becomes €60.
There is no formula to rebuild and no second sheet to maintain. The balance reflects what is recorded in NeoTactIQ, while the collected, outstanding and expenses metrics show where that figure comes from.
