Inventory: what you have, where it is and what is missing
The summary shows what needs attention: equipment not returned, open loans, items below minimum stock, open damage reports, pending orders and inspections or expiry dates in the next 30 days.
Each item has its category, size, location and minimum stock, and can be matched to an element on the tactical board — cones, goals, poles… — so you can compare the equipment you have with what a session’s drills require.
Loans, bundles and the weekend’s equipment
The weekend view shows every team’s matches and the equipment each one takes, with direct loans. Bundles group sets of equipment that are lent together and adjusted on each loan.
Coaches see in “My team” what they have on loan, request equipment and report damage; equipment managers lend, record returns, adjust stock and answer requests.
Kits and other club assets
Record each player’s sizes — shirt, shorts, socks, tracksuit and boots — generate the size summary for the order and log when each item is handed out.
Other club assets — first-aid kits, gym equipment, GPS units, cameras — are tracked with their inspections and expiry dates, organised by location: storerooms and facilities.
Accounting: coming soon
Club accounting is in preparation and we will announce it here when it is available.
In the meantime, team fines and the dressing-room kitty already work in the Team module, on every paid plan.

Which plan includes the inventory?
The inventory is part of the Club plan, together with facilities and schedules, medical services and the internal staff league.
Does the inventory connect with training drills?
Yes. Each item can be matched to a tactical board element, so you can compare the equipment available with what a session’s drills require.
Does NeoTactIQ include accounting?
Not yet: club accounting is in preparation. Team fines and the kitty are available in the Team module.
