Equipment and clothing with minimum stock
Each item has its category, its size where relevant, its stock by location and condition, and a minimum: NeoTactIQ alerts you when usable units drop below it. Numbered pieces carry their number, so on return you know exactly that "number 7" is missing.
Each item can match an element of the tactics board: cones, poles, goals, rings, hurdles… That lets you compare the equipment available with what the drills in a training session need.
Locations show where everything is kept: a club facility or your own storeroom.
Loans by number, by quantity or by set
Lending equipment to a team takes seconds: you pick the pieces by number or by quantity and NeoTactIQ warns you if you ask for more than is left. Sets are bundles lent in one go, such as the away kit in size L, and you can tweak them on each loan.
On return you mark how each thing comes back. If something is missing or broken, it is recorded and the loan stays open for whatever has not come back.
The weekend, match by match
The Weekend view shows every team’s matches and the equipment each one takes, with direct lending from the same screen. It flags matches without equipment and anything still not returned after the match.
Incidents and team requests
Incidents record what is broken, missing or damaged, whether it comes from a loan or from a coach’s report. They are closed when the equipment turns up or gets fixed, or written off when it is no longer usable.
Teams send equipment requests from the app, and the people in charge approve them, reject them or mark them as delivered.

Player kit with every player’s sizes
Store each player’s sizes (shirt, shorts, socks, tracksuit and boots) and get the size summary for the order without asking one by one. Then record each item handed out and know what every player has.
Other assets with inspections and expiry dates
Besides training equipment, the inventory covers club assets that need tracking: first-aid kits, gym machines, GPS units, cameras…, each with its inspection and expiry dates, which show in the overview as they approach.
Everyone sees their own: managers and coaches
Managers are the club members who lend, record returns, adjust stock and answer requests. They do not need to be administrators.
Every coach has the My team view: what the team has on loan, assigned equipment, its requests, its players’ sizes and the button to report a breakage.
Frequently asked questions
Can I tell exactly which piece is missing?
Yes. Numbered equipment carries each piece’s number, so when you record the return you see which number has not come back. Everything else is tracked by quantity.
Can coaches request equipment?
Yes. From the My team view they request equipment, see what they have on loan and report breakages. The people in charge receive the notice and respond.
Does it help prepare the kit order?
Yes. With every player’s sizes, the inventory builds the size summary for the order and then records each item handed out.
